Y-KGZ Oral Liquid Irrigation Mill is a high-yield oral liquid irrigation equipment. It is suitable for 5-25 ml oral liquid preparation and liquid filling and sealing.
Working principle:
The bottle enters the filling mill, and is fed through the mesh belt and pitch screw. Then, the bottle is fed into the filling plate of 12 heads through the dial and rotates clockwise.
Material liquid is supplied by glass mercury through tracking needle and lifting irrigation fluid. The bottle filled with liquid is fed to 12-end cap turntable by three reversing turntables and rotated clockwise. Twelve flexible top knives are used to track and tighten the aluminium cap (tape stopper) on the bottle mouth. The aluminium cap (tape stopper) is arranged by the oscillating material in order and sent down by the track to cover the bottle mouth in the bottle transmission. The rolled oral liquid bottle is then sent out by the machine from the disc to the bottle.
