Working: The conveyor belt will dump the canned food to transport to the sensor position, then the electromagnetic make the iron work, pushing the push rod, the entire row of cans are pushed to the roller of sterilizer, the roller is driven by the main motor to make the cans soaked in hot water tank, the hot water tank has multi-row steam heating tubes and two installed temperature measurement probe, the state of constant temperature make food be sterilized thoroughly. Cooling tank is circulated by tap water. If the can is a flexible packaging, the conveying section can adopt the mesh belt type, the other temperature control system is unchanged.
Sterilization time: adjustable, step-less variable speed.
