DESCRIPTION

The CIP system is a fully automatic equipment consisting of water tank, acid tank, 

alkaline tank, pump, valves, instrument for testing (temperature sensors, 

concentration sensors, level sensors, etc.), tubular heat exchanger or plate heat

 exchanger for heating.

Every unit of CIP is controlled automatically and has the complete procedures 

including acid cleaning procedures & alkaline cleaning procedures. The cleaning solvents or cleaning water can be conveniently switched, the cleaning temperature and 

the concentration of cleaning fluid can be freely set to control precisely. We can 

customize the CIP system according to our customers' specific requirements because various products has different requirement about the cleanliness standard.
