I. Adjustment of Upper Arm in Rolling Bottles of Different Specifications
The machine can be used for rolling 5-500 ml bottle caps. When using any one of the specifications of bottles, as long as the bottle is placed on the tray, one hand holds the cross arm, the other hand loosens the nut on the left side of the cross arm, so that the cross arm falls or rises, until the position of the cap and the bottle cap is about 20 mm, the nut is tightened, and then the bracket ring is tightened behind the cross arm with a random inner hexagonal wrench. Lock. (Note) When tightening, attention should be paid to the correct position of the rolling cap and the bottle cap.
II. Adjustment of V-Block
Place the bottle in the lower V-shaped support, loosen the two screws on the support, move the bottle and the lower V-shaped block together until the rolling head is in the right position with the cap, and tighten the two screws on the V-shaped block.
3. Specific operating methods
1. Place the bottle filled with liquid and capped on the lower tray, lean on the V-shaped support, hold the bottle with one hand, and pull the handle backward and downward with the other hand. Then the tray holds the bottle up until the cap and the cap are pressed tightly.
2. When the cap and the cap head are pressed tightly, the cap is tightened after rotating three cap knives for several turns. (Note) The motor must run clockwise.
3. Push the handle forward so that the cap rolled back to its original position with the tray. The whole operation process is completed. The above operation can be repeated every time a cap is rolled.
IV. ADJUSTMENT OF ROLLING HEAD
The machine is equipped with multiple capping heads, which can be selected according to the size of different bottle caps. You can try it in bottles before using it formally.
1. If the cover is not tightly rolled, the locking nut of the rolling head can be screwed off and the rolling head can be screwed out counter-clockwise, and then the fixed nut can be locked.
2. The cap is rolled too tightly and the cap is rotated and cut. The locking nut of the upper rolling cap can be unscrewed and rotated clockwise into the upper rolling cap, and then the fixed nut can be locked.
3. If the lower edge of the bottle cap is not tightened, the eccentricity of the three rolling cutters can be adjusted appropriately according to the actual situation. If the tightening is too tight and the bottle is crushed, the eccentricity of the three knife heads can be adjusted appropriately.
