I. Operational methods
1. Check before use: after the machine is installed, turn on the power supply, test run the three-phase motor, ensure the correct direction of operation, ensure the pressure and flow of compressed air (0.5m3/min-6bar), check whether the motor and bearing need lubricating oil, strictly prohibit oil-free operation, start the machine after normal operation, and observe whether the fastener of each part is loose, until the operation of each part is stable. It can be used normally.
2. Check whether the function of safety facilities is normal.
3. Before starting, check carefully whether all water tanks have water, chain boards are stuck, conveyor belts have debris, whether there is a bottle cap in the storage cap box, whether water, power and air sources are connected, when all conditions are ready, then turn on the main power QF, power indicator lights on, failure indicator lights, emergency stop indicator lights are not on, then start conditions are available, press the start button and filling on the control box. Start the switch at the place. After the bee caller three-tone warning, the whole machine starts to run. It enters and washes out, flushes and fills in full automatic working mode. Stop the machine by pressing the stop button at the filling place and the control box. The main power supply should be turned off after stopping the machine.
II. Safety Rules for Use
1. No foreign bodies (such as tools, rags, etc.) are found in filling equipment.
2. The filler does not allow any abnormal noise. If there is any abnormal noise, the filler should stop immediately and check the reason.
3. All protective objects should be safe and reliable. Clothing that may be hung by moving parts (such as scarves, bracelets, wrist watches, etc.) should be strictly prohibited.
4. Long-haired people should wear hair masks.
5. Do not clean electrical units with water or other liquids.
6. Wear work clothes, gloves, glasses, etc. when cleaning to prevent strong acid and alkali corrosion.
7. When the machine is running, it must be monitored by someone. Do not approach the machine with tools or other objects.
8. Don't let staff unrelated to manipulation get close to the equipment.
III. Installation Notes
1. After the machine is unpacked, first check whether the random technical data are complete and whether the machine is damaged in transportation, so as to solve the problem in time.
2. Install and adjust the feeding and discharging components according to the outline of this specification.
3. New lubricants are added to each lubricating point.
4. Rotate the machine with a rocking handle to check whether the machine is running in the right direction (counter-clockwise to the motor spindle). The machine must be protected from earthing.
