Bottle-inverting sterilizing machine is specially designed for sterilization of bottle cap during hot filling production line.

Working：Motor reducer drives a special conveyor belt through the sprocket so that the packaging container can achieve the bottle inverting on the conveyor line to make it reach the bottle cap sterilizing time required by the process, and then automatically upright to achieve the process from inverting bottle to sterilization and then upright. The configured vibration mechanism can effectively eliminate the bottle mouth’s bubbles.
