Operation steps of liquid filling capping machine:

1. Connect the external power supply and preheat the power supply for a few minutes; connect the external air source, adjust the pressure of the air source, pull up the pressure regulating knob and rotate the observation pointer clockwise. It is required to check the leakage at the joint of each component within the range of 0.4-0.6 Mpa to eliminate the leakage phenomenon. At the end of the adjustment, press the pressure regulating knob and reset it.
2. Make sure that there are barrels in the sub-barrel position and caps in the upper position.
3. Confirm that there are no abnormalities in each work station.
4. Open the feed valve of the main pipe;
5. Press the "automatic operation" button, and the machine enters the automatic working state.
6. When the safety door opens, the machine stops and closes the safety door automatically.
7. Before the machine stops working, it must exhaust the material in the pipeline to prevent the material from fermenting or accumulating in the pipeline, which will affect the normal operation of the next drive.

Cautions for use of liquid filling capping machine:
1. Observe the water filters and oil mists of the pneumatic two-piece before going to work every day. If there is too much water, it should be removed in time. If the oil level is insufficient, it should be refueled in time.
2. In production, we should often inspect and observe the mechanical parts to see whether the rotation and lifting are normal, whether there are abnormalities, whether the screw is loose or not.
3. Check the ground wire of the equipment frequently and the contact requirement is reliable.
4. Frequently clean the weighing platform;
5. Whether the pneumatic pipeline leaks or not, whether the trachea ruptures or not;
6. Change lubricating oil (grease) annually for reducer motor, check chain tightness and adjust tension in time;
7. If it stops using for a long time, it is necessary to empty the material in the pipeline.
8. Do a good job of cleaning and hygiene, keep the surface of the machine clean, often remove the accumulated material on the scale, pay attention to keeping the electric cabinet clean;
9. Sensors are high precision, high sealing and high sensitivity devices. It is strictly forbidden to impact and overload. They are not allowed to touch during operation and disassemble without overhaul.
