2. Main performance characteristics:
(1) By means of peristaltic pump filling, the rubber hose does not react with the drug, and no particles are produced during the operation, thus eliminating the pollution of particles to the drug. Loading adjustment is adjusted on the control panel, which can be set without stopping. It is convenient to adjust and accurate to load.
(2) to achieve bottling and filling, the bottled bottle will continue to complete the next process: add spray head to ensure the cleanliness of the table.

III. Instructions for the Use of Equipment
The composition of the equipment consists of bottle feeding conveyor belt, filling mechanism, electromagnetic oscillation transmission cover, upper cover (spray head) mechanism, adjustable rolling cover mechanism, main drive system, electric control system and gas control system.
1. Use ceramic pump filling, accurate loading, easy cleaning, pollution-free. Setting the loading amount on the touch screen can be set without stopping the machine. The adjustment is convenient and the loading amount is accurate.
2. The filling head is operated by a cam, and the needle tube is inserted into the bottle for filling. The droplets are lifted while filling, which ensures that the liquid has no impact splash and no drip and leakage outside the bottle.
3. the outer cover (i.e. the spray head) is transported by electromagnetic oscillation, and the bottle which has poured liquid material is stamped on the work station. When a bottle is detected, the spray head is taken by mechanical transmission and added to the bottle mouth.
4. Cap rolling mechanism, whose lifting is controlled by cam, is equipped with overload protection device at the head of the cap. When the cap is tightened to a certain torsion, the cap begins to slip. The structure of rolling cap seat is simple and detachable, and it is convenient to adjust the center. Generally, it has been adjusted to the correct position at the time of leaving the factory, and no further adjustment is needed. After spraying the spray head and adding the outer cover, the bottle can be rotated from the nylon dial to the conveyor belt to the connecting line or the collection tray.
